Quick Entry: Find And Duplicate A Previous Entry!
  1. Open your Google Calendar (click) in a second window or tab. Use Google Calendar's SEARCH BOX, enter
  • a venue name or address (may already have Where, Place Name & Tel, possibly Group too!)
  • an event type (ideas for how to describe similar types of events)
  • a group's name (they frequently hold meetings in the same location, many items will already be there for new use).
    1. Review Search results, click on an event, click "edit event details"
  • Click "drop down" box at top, labelled "More actions..."
  • Select "Duplicate Event," then immediately enter new DATE and TIME.
  • Change any other event data that's required, then SAVE.

    • Keep in mind that any "Guest" emails that went out on the previous event, will be attached to this one - and, when you save it, you'll be asked if you'd like to send out invitations. (If it's the same group, you may desire to! This is a powerful "attendance building" feature which we hope will draw Subscribers; a very worthwhile "mission project" for groups to promote, especially for those who may be home-bound!)     (Top)

    Partisan Event: Pure internal political party meetings should NOT be posted on your state's Activists Calendar. However, where Partisan events feature speakers, or Candidates, whose message has value to Patriots, the following quotation is suitable to use when posting these events:

Posting of events involving Partisans should not be construed as collective endorsement of such Partisans, their political party, or sponsors.
